Cookie policy
Draft for compliance review. Not yet approved.
Last updated: 6 November 2026
This cookie policy applies to this website, try-releaf.co.uk, which is operated by Releaf Dispensary Ltd (company number 14097825, registered office 1 King's Avenue, London N21 3NA). It explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on this website, why we use them and how you can control them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data more generally.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Some are needed for a website to work. Others help us understand how the website is used or make our advertising more relevant. Similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage and tracking pixels, are covered by this policy too.
Your choices
When you first visit, a banner asks you to choose "Accept All", "Reject All" or "Customise". Strictly necessary cookies do not need your consent and are always on. Every other category is off until you switch it on. If you reject, or make no choice, no analytics or marketing cookies are set.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clicking "Manage cookies" in the footer of any page. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we will ask you again. Because the choice is saved against try-releaf.co.uk, it also applies to our sign-up pages at app.try-releaf.co.uk.

How our tags are loaded
We use Google Tag Manager to load the analytics and marketing tags listed above. Tag Manager itself does not set cookies.
Measurement data from this website is sent first to a server that we control, on a Releaf web address, and then passed on to the providers above (for example to Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta, TikTok and Reddit measurement services). This makes measurement more reliable and lets us remove information we do not need before it is passed on. It does not change what you have consented to. If you have not accepted marketing cookies, nothing is sent to Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Microsoft or Taboola.
Google's tags work slightly differently. They load before you make a choice, but if you reject, or have not yet chosen, they set no cookies, read no identifiers from your device and send Google only limited, cookieless signals (for example that a page was viewed, whether you arrived from a Google advert, and your consent choice), which Google uses for aggregate reporting and modelling. Google describes this at support.google.com/analytics/answer/9976101. Google Analytics and Google Ads only set the cookies listed above, and only measure your visit in full, once you accept analytics or marketing cookies.
The analytics and advertising providers above are based outside the UK and may process this data on their servers overseas under their own safeguards. You can read how each provider uses data in its own privacy policy: Google (policies.google.com/privacy), Meta (facebook.com/privacy/policy), TikTok (tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy), Reddit (reddit.com/policies/privacy-policy), Microsoft (privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement) and Taboola (taboola.com/policies/privacy-policy).
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of this website may not work. Deleting your cookies also deletes your saved choice, so the banner will appear again on your next visit.
